POWERSEAL is a revolutionary product, which as proven displays superior characteristics as a concrete top coat and sealant in one.  It is suitable for dry concrete based flooring of warehouses, indoor factories, service stations and garages where a very tough and harder wearing finish or coating is required. POWERSEAL is one of the toughest Single Pack Two coat products in the market.

Available in Clear and 30 Standard Colours and custom colours if required.
For best results as a sealer and coating for application, use broom or roller for application to concrete.
5 – 7 Square metres per litre depending on profile and porosity of surface.
  • Application Temperature: Min. 10 deg C
  • Concrete Surface Temp: Max. 28 deg C
  • Recoat Time: Min. 4-6 Hrs and within the next 14 hours.
  • Full Film Formation (Cure) Trafficable 3 Days.
POWERSEAL is available in 5, 10, 20 and 200 litre drums.
POWERSEAL can be removed from tools and equipment with Auseal Solvent.
  • POWERSEAL IS A COMBUSTIBLE LIQUID.
  • Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
  • Store away from naked flames and sparks.
  • Ensure you are familiar with SDS prior to usage.
  • As the product dries with the reaction with the moisture of the atmosphere, keep containers tightly closed at all times and pour a small amount of Auseal Solvent on top of every drum when opened.
  • Recoating time should be strictly followed otherwise intercoat adhesion may cause a problem.
  • Powerseal should be used within two weeks of purchasing and after applied do not use after 14 hours.
