EC 25 Colour Sealer

AUSEAL – EC25 is a general purpose concrete sealant specifically formulated for sealing and protecting dry concrete based domestic floors and driveways where a medium gloss finish is required. AUSEAL EC25 is based on 100% acrylic copolymer.

Suitable as a sealer for application by broom, roller or airless spray for application to concrete, pebble and slate floors.
5 – 7 Square metres per litre depending on profile and porosity of surface. First coat should be diluted with up to 20% solvent.
  • Application Temperature min. 5 deg C
  • Recoat Time Min. 4 – 6 Hrs
  • Full Film Formation (Cure) 7 Days.
AUSEAL EC25 is available in 4, 10, 20 and 200 litre drums.
AUSEAL EC25 can be removed from tools and equipment with Xylene.
  • AUSEAL EC25 IS A COMBUSTIBLE LIQUID.
  • Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
  • Store away from naked flames and sparks.
  • Ensure you are familiar with SDS prior to usage.
